Scouting the competition

The Tallahassee Democrat, a former sister paper of the Centre Daily Times, has unveiled its site dedicated to Orange Bowl coverage. There's a lot there, including a schedule of bowl events, photo slide shows of FSU's season, and even stories in which players actually were allowed to talk with the media. Hmm...

Seriously -- are these blogs for internal reading by CDT employees only, or do you want the newspaper readers to be reading them? If they really are only for your fellow reporters, then please, by all means keep bringing up the press conference from what seems like a month ago.

I don't know if you have gotten the message, but I think I am not alone in saying we are *tired* of every single CDT columnist and blogger writing over and over and over again about the Orange Bowl media day. It obviously made all of you angry -- we get the message. The story yesterday was ridiculous -- Joe's decision to hold the players out of media day did not bother me one bit, but your decision to continue beating this dead horse is getting absurd. Get over it. Move on.
